Customer Review: Don’t buy from this seller!
I ordered this piece on August 8th and e-mailed this seller on September 1st asking them where my shipment was. They responded on the 4th thanking me for my concern and telling that my order was in backorder and that they did place a purchase order directly from the manufacturer and it would be arriving in the next week. I then received another e-mail on the 10th saying my order had been canceled.
I do understand that things happen, but they knew before I place my order that this item was in backorder. I believe they should have either stated that on their page before I checked out or e-mailed me shortly after that. It is not fair to anybody to spend money on something and never get it. True, they did refund my money, but I could have bought this item elsewhere and have received it by now if they just were honest with me upfront. Now I have to re-order it from another seller and wait a few more weeks to get it, all because Andrew Christian was not straightforward about this.
