Most of my friends wore panties that go under the belly throughout their pregnancies, but I really preferred these over the belly underwear. They are gigantic (bigger than any granny panties), but so incredibly comfortable. They only have elastic in the back so there’s no elastic to dig into your belly. Definitely worth spending the money to be comfortable during pregnancy.
