Customer Review: Sizes run large.
I had visited the LLL website for size recommendation and per the chart it said I should order as size large or XL since I normally wear a size 36 or 34 DD. I ordered the large and it is big on me not providing the support I need. I feel it is best for low impact excersicing.

I’m not sure where the makers of this bras got their definition for high impact, but this bra doesn’t even have as much support as a regular nursing bra, much less a sports bra. It seems that most companies feel as long as a nursing bra is shaped like a sports bra, it passes, regardless of support. I am a larger size, 34F, so purhaps this would work a for a smaller bust, but the material is so stretchy, I doubt it. It is very confortable, so maybe it would make agreat sleeping bra.
